As the core logistics park of Hunan, Changsha Jinxia Economic Development Zone is endowed with transportation advantages of port, railway, highway and air. This Project intends to set up the cold chain logistics distribution center which has the largest capacity of cold storage in Hunan and also has function of market transaction of refrigerated items. The Project mainly base on Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan and also serves the whole Hunan and its surrounding provinces.
The Project is in Jinxia group of Changsha Jinxia Economic Development Zone. No.2 special line of Changsha Railway Freight Center passes through plot of the Project directly. It is 1km away from New Changsha Port and Changsha Bonded Logistics Center and is close to entrance of the 3rd ring road of Changsha. It covers a total area of 6.3ha. Its convenient transportation can reduce relevant operation costs of enterprises effectively. The Project has finished three available—utility services, telecommunications and paved roads are available; and one accessible—you are accessible to leveled plant ground.
At present, the Project is earnestly seeking for strategic investors both at home and abroad to develop and construct Changsha Jinxia Modern Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Center. Total investment of the Project is USD22.1 million. After construction, it can provide enterprises with refrigeration, storage transportation, safe monitor, deep process, packaging and distribution service of all kinds of primary agricultural products, processed food, fast food materials, special commodities and medicines. It is estimated that its payback period is 8 years. The Park will provide preferential policy support for construction of the Project. |
